Follow directions via your GPS. Once you've taken the Emerald Beach turnoff from Pacific Highway disregard the GPS and head all the way along to the main road (Fiddaman) into Emerald Beach (minute or two) until you reach the beach, the road will then swing up to the right and we are along on the right. The house with the round hole in the fence #23A Ocean View Crescent. This is the easiest way to reach the property the first time.

The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €369 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 2 days after departure
